Planning
Narborough Parish Council is consulted on all planning applications for the parish, submitted to the Planning authority at Blaby District Council.
Applications are considered by our Planning and Environment Working Group and responses are recommended by the group.
Responsibility is delegated to the Lead Member to determine responses to local planning
applications in consultation with not less than one other member of the Working Group should the need arise due to the Planning Authority timetable.
Blaby District Council is the Planning Authority for Narborough and Littlethorpe. Decisions on applications are generally made either by Planning Officers or at the Planning Committee.
Residents of the Parish who have objections or comments to make on applications pertaining to Narborough or Littlethorpe are kindly requested to copy in the Parish Council in order that our Planning and Environment Working Group may consider your opinions.
The Parish Council is a consultee in the application process in the same way as any other resident and can only raise objections for valid planning reasons.
