PARISH COUNCIL MEETING UPDATE

At its meeting on Tuesday 15th April 2025, the Parish Council:

• Approved a two year grant of £240 to assist in the work of the Friends of Narborough Station
• Agreed to enter into detailed discussions with Blaby District Council about transferring the ownership of Narborough Park and Play Area, currently leased by the Parish Council, to the Parish Council before the end of the current lease in April 2026
• Received a further update on the ongoing refurbishment of Littlethorpe Village Hall
• Noted the successful litter pick organised by the Littlethorpe Community Association on Thorpe Meadows which resulted in the collection of 26 bags of rubbish
• Received an update on improvements being undertaken at Narborough Cemetery
