Parish Centre Redevelopment Update: February 2019

Just a reminder that all of the monthly progress reports can be accessed via the Parish Council Meeting Calendar or via "documents" within "About the Council" on the left hand menu.

As reported, unfortunately we are affected by delays in reconnecting the electricity and gas and the completion date is now likely to be May 2019.

Advance Notice of Temporary Road Closure

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

A temporary road closure is required to Station Road at the level crossing site between 23.00 hours and 06.00 hours on 16th January 2019 for 1 night.

Road Safety Event - Friday 30th November 2018

Blaby District Council and Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service are holding a road safety event at Enderby Leisure Centre on Friday November 30th for young people over the age of 12.

A high proportion of road traffic collisions involving young drivers happens due to one or more of the Fatal Four. Speeding, using a mobile device, drink or drugs and not wearing a seatbelt.
