AGREEMENT - I hereby agree to:

Pay the cost of making good any damage caused to the hall, furniture or fittings

Pay the additional costs due if I fail to vacate the premises at the agreed time

Read and adhere to the Terms & Conditions of Hire

By signing your name electronically on this application form, you are agreeing that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this form

Upon submitting this form, your booking will be reviewed by a member of staff, to ensure that it meets our criteria for holding an event at Littlethorpe Village Hall. Please do not make any arrangements for your event until confirmation has been received from a member of staff

By signing this form, you consent to Narborough Parish Council holding your personal data for the purpose of following up your enquiry and authorise the Council to contact you in order to process your booking. Please refer to the Council's Privacy Notice for further information - see link below

1. The Council does not permit indoor/outdoor fireworks, smoke machines or candles

2. The Council does not permit events/parties for the age range of 13-21 years
