Byelaws Update January 2019
The Parish Council consulted upon the regulatory impacts of its proposed byelaws to update and amend the current byelaws in force on parks, recreation areas and open spaces in 2017. Following legal advice on the content of those draft byelaws, the Parish Council has made a number of changes to its proposal including a number of additions. As a result it is required to re-consult on any additional regulatory impacts.
Below are links to a revised impact assessment, which contains a summary of the Council's proposals, together with a link to the current draft of its revised byelaws.
Please note that this is not a consultation on the content of the draft byelaws. This will happen later once we have the Secretary of State's consent to consult on our proposals. We cannot, therefore accept comments on the content of the draft byelaws at this stage.
If you have any comments on the draft revised regulatory impact assessment, please send these to the Clerk to the Council either in writing or by email by 14th February 2019 at the latest.
